Birll Health is a product of Birll LLC. These are the Terms of Service currently presented in the Birll Health app.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Birll Health application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Birll Health provides health and wellness tracking services, including health data aggregation, AI-powered health insights, fitness tracking, nutrition logging, and integration with third-party health devices and services.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Birll Health is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided is for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

5. DATA USAGE

Your health data is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal health data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details. Using Birll requires explicit consent to health-data processing for its core tracking and AI-powered wellness insights. This does not authorize optional account backup or external Claude chat sharing. You can withdraw consent as described in the Privacy Policy; access pauses until you agree again.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App's content, features, and functionality are owned by Birll Health or their respective rights holders. Third-party software, fonts, and data retain their own copyright and licence terms; see Open Source Licences in Settings for attributions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Birll Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
