Birll Health / Delete your account or data

Your account. Your choice.

Use the controls in Settings › Account when you have access to the app.

Delete All Data

Delete All Data erases health records stored on this device and in your Birll cloud account, including saved workout routes and crash reports waiting to be sent.

Delete Account

Delete Account also removes your sign-in and closes the account. Deletion of active records does not establish that service-provider backup copies have already been erased.

Records in Apple Health

Samples that Birll wrote to Apple Health belong to Apple’s Health app and must be deleted there. Deleting Birll records does not delete those samples.

If you cannot open the app

Email info@birll.com from the address associated with your account. We may request enough information to authenticate the request. Do not email your password or a sign-in code.
