Who can use Birll Health?

Birll Health is a health and wellness app for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medical device.

How do I manage Apple Health access?

Birll offers Apple Health access during setup. Settings › Devices & Services › Apple Health lists the data Birll requests and whether it found recent data. Apple Health keeps your read-permission choices private. Change an existing choice in the Health app or iOS Settings.

Does Birll give me one overall score?

No. Recovery, Sleep and Effort each have their own page, and Birll does not combine them into a single number.

Can I export my data?

Settings › Privacy & Data › Export Health Data writes a JSON file holding cloud records and the records kept only on this device, including lab results. Photos and scanned lab documents are not included. The file describes its scope in its opening lines.

How do I delete my account or data?

Settings › Account › Delete All Data erases your records on this device and in your cloud account, including saved workout routes and crash reports waiting to be sent. Delete Account does the same and closes the account. Anything the app saved into Apple Health stays in Apple Health and must be deleted there. For a request you cannot complete in the app, email info@birll.com.

Which Bluetooth devices are supported?

Birll Health supports compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitors, cycling speed/cadence sensors and power meters. Open Settings › Devices & Services › Bluetooth Devices and choose Scan for sensors. The sensor must be awake and nearby.

Where do I manage connected apps?

Use Settings › Devices & Services › Connected Apps. Connection options depend on your build and provider availability. Review the requested permissions before choosing to connect.
